Quench Beverages

Quench Beverages is a Nigerian premium spirits brand. We built one system that connects field sales, stock, online ordering and wholesale enquiries, all running on the same product, stock and order records.

Client names and results are shared once each client approves public use.

The challenge

Quench's sales team visited shops and bars across the city, but orders came back in pieces, and managers only saw what had sold once someone added it up. Stock, field sales and online interest were tracked separately, so no one had one reliable picture of the business. Stores that wanted to stock the brand had no simple way to get in touch, and customers outside Nigeria had no way to buy.

What we did

We designed and built a sales and ordering platform around how Quench sells, in the field and online. Reps log outlet orders from a mobile app that works offline, managers see team sales as they come in with scheduled reports, customers in Nigeria and abroad can buy online, and the team runs products, stock, orders and payments from one dashboard.

What we built

  • Offline field ordering. Reps in low-signal areas can still record an order on the spot, and it sends by itself once they're back online.

  • Sales reporting. Managers see who sold what, where and when, and reports arrive daily, weekly or monthly without anyone compiling them.

  • Online store. Customers in Nigeria and abroad can browse, pay and track delivery without going through a middleman.

  • Shared stock. Field and online orders draw from the same stock count, and staff get a warning before a product runs out.

  • Wholesale enquiries. Shops and vendors who want to stock the brand fill in one short form, and the enquiry goes straight to the sales team.

  • Business email. Team email on Quench’s own domain, set up alongside the new system so staff and customers see one consistent brand.

  • Office & IT setup. Employee laptops sourced and set up, business internet installed, and accounts with the technology vendors the business relies on set up and connected, so the team was ready to work from day one.
